And yes, the less stirring the better You also may have had a little too much flour in, perhaps a little looser measurement (don’t pack the flour into the measuring cup) will help . You can never go wrong with bananas and chocolate. Hello, To freeze: Freeze individual slices of bread, completely wrapped in plastic wrap and then stored in a large freezer safe bag or container. The bread came out so moist and light and flavoursome! But yes, it shouldn’t be dense! #bakingnewbie. Whisk in the yogurt, oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar. . I wanted to cry!

Thank you!!! I also added ground flax and zucchini about a cup and walnuts. Bread freezes safely for 3 months. I recommend spooning and leveling flour because otherwise when you press a measuring cup into a bag of flour you are pressing in way more flour than needed. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
